In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, the "GDPR") and Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Digital Rights ("Ley Órganica de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de Derechos Digitales" in Spanish; hereinafter, "LOPDGDD"),GRUPO T-SOLAR GLOBAL, S.A. (hereinafter, "T-SOLAR" or "the Responsible Party") offers this Privacy Policy to provide you with clear and transparent information about the way we collect and process your personal data, both at T-SOLAR and through the Website www.tsolar.com (hereinafter, "the Website"), and its present and future subdomains.

Duration of processing. Storage of personal data
We will store the personal data that you have provided for the time strictly necessary to fulfill each of the intended purposes. Specifically:
- When there is a valid contract, T-SOLAR will keep the data provided for the time necessary to comply with the contractual relationship and, in any case, during the limitation periods required by current legislation. The data will be subsequently deleted in general, unless they need to be kept in order to comply with any legal provision or administrative and/or judicial requirement.
- If you are a company employee, we will process your personal data in order to carry out the employment relationship. Therefore, T-SOLAR will keep the data provided for the duration of said relationship and, in any case, during the limitation periods required by current labour legislation.
- If we receive your CV to work with us, these data will be processed strictly for the period necessary to evaluate the application and, in any case, for a maximum period of (6) months after T-SOLAR received the CV.
- Any images that are extracted from video surveillance systems will be stored for a maximum period of one (1) month from the moment they were recorded. After this period, they will generally be deleted unless they need to be stored in order to comply with any legal provision, administrative and/or judicial requirement or exceptional situation that legitimizes the conservation of the recordings for a period of time greater than that established by law.
- We will process your contact information during the time strictly necessary to deal with and manage any queries that you submit through the "Contact us" section of the Website.
- T-SOLAR will store your personal data processed as a result of browsing on the website, as long as you do not revoke your consent to do so, as provided in our Cookies Policy and, in any case, for a period of 1 year. After this period, we will again ask for your consent to use cookies when accessing the Website.
International communication and transfer of personal data
We do not share your personal data, except with auxiliary companies (labour counseling, human resources, etc.) when this is necessary for the correct operation of the company, at the request of judicial and/or administrative authorities or of the State Security Forces and Agencies, or to comply with legal obligations.
The T-SOLAR Group is made up of companies located in Spain and abroad, and may make international data transfers to countries located outside the European Economic Area, specifically, the United States whose level of protection is not the same as that offered by the GDPR. However, our companies are aware of the importance of privacy, which is why the necessary safeguards have been adopted to offer a high level of personal data protection.
Rights regarding the preocessing of personal data
As an interested party, you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
- Right to request access to your personal data;
- Right to request their rectification or deletion;
- Right to request the restriction of their processing;
- Right to object to their processing;
- Right to the portability of the data in question; and
- Right to revoke consent at any time.
These rights can be exercised by sending us an email to LOPD@tsolar.com or a letter in writing to the postal address of T-SOLAR (Calle Serrano, 67, 6ª planta 28006, Madrid). You can also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency on its website.
